Revving Up the Week: Latest Automotive News

🚗 Sit back and buckle up, folks! It's that time of the week again when we bring you all the latest from the high-speed world of automobiles. If you're an automotive enthusiast, you're in for a treat. So, without further ado, let's dive into the world of cars and bikes.

Maruti's Series Hybrid Models

So, Maruti Suzuki, you know, that car company we all love? Well, they're planning something big with hybrids. Yeah, those cars that run on both gas and electricity. But this time, they're going for something called series hybrids. It's like the engine acts as a generator for the electric motor that actually moves the car. It's kind of like having a backup plan for your backup plan, you know?

Tata's CNG Models

The first one of these new hybrid cars is gonna be the Maruti Franx facelift, hitting the streets in 2025. It's gonna be rocking Suzuki's new z2e 3-cylinder engine and electric motor combo. And guess what? It's gonna be super fuel-efficient, like 35 to 40 kilometers per liter. That's some serious mileage!

And then there's Tata Motors jumping into the CNG game with their Thiago and Tore models. These babies are the first ones in India to have automatic transmission with CNG. So, no more shifting gears manually, folks! Plus, they're saying you can get like 28.6 kilometers per kilogram of CNG. Not bad, huh?

Oh, and speaking of Maruti again, they just hit a million sales with their Tica model. That's a lot of cars, my friend!

Hyundai's Sports O Trim and Mini's Last Combustion Engine Mini Cooper

Hyundai's also in the game with their new sports o trim for the I20. For just over 8 lakh rupees, you get a bunch of cool features like a sunroof and wireless charger. And Mini? They're coming out with a new Mini Cooper, and get this—it's gonna be the last one with a regular old gas engine. Talk about end of an era!

Porsche's Updated Taycan and Ola's Most Affordable Scooter

Porsche's got some updates too, with their electric Taycan getting a facelift and more power. It's like they're saying, "Hey, electric cars can be powerful too!" And Ola's got a new scooter called the S1X, claiming a range of 190 kilometers on a single charge. That's some serious scooting!

Kinetic Luna's Comeback and Bajaj's Pulsar Update

And hey, remember the Kinetic Luna? Well, it's back, but this time it's electric and called the Eluna. It's got all these fancy features like a digital dash and USB charging port. And Bajaj's Pulsar got an update too, with new variants and features like Bluetooth connectivity.

Phew, that's a lot of news for one week! Stay tuned to Dazzle Car Wheels Weekly India for more updates from the car world!
